6 sided CNC machine KDT KD-612 KS
This CNC machine is highly productive as it allows simultaneous drilling or milling of two workpieces on six sides. This is achieved by two milling cutters, a scorer saw for the back part, and three independent drilling heads, which together include 49 drills. With this machine, you can process between 900 and 1200 workpieces in one shift, depending on the complexity of the processing and the size of the workpieces.
The KDT KD-612 KS flow-through CNC machine is distinguished by three independent drilling units, two positioned on top and one at the bottom, which allows for the processing of two workpieces simultaneously, greatly increasing the machine's productivity. The lower drilling unit is smaller in size, aimed at minimizing the opening to enhance precision, as it provides maximum support for the workpiece during drilling. In addition to drilling and milling, the independent scoring saw also enables the cutting of workpieces.
The machine is equipped with a personal industrial computer, running a Windows environment and KDT DrillTop software, making the machine easy and user-friendly to operate. For increased productivity and automation, a barcode reader is included with the machine for working with barcodes. Programs can be created directly on the machine or in the office, and the machine is compatible with programs such as MegaTischler, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam, and SolidWorks. An online connection with TeamViewer is also available for remote machine servicing.
The 5500 mm long guides for a pair of independent clamps ensure the processing of long parts without re-clamping. The input worktable is equipped with a special electric fan that blows air through the table, making it easier to move workpieces, especially those with sensitive surfaces.
No mechanical adjustments are needed for the machine, which makes it very simple to use. The use of barcodes further simplifies the operation, as no experienced user is required.
