CNC drilling machine KDT KD-610R
The KDT KD-610 R is the smallest 6-sided flow CNC machine from KDT.
The air working table, movable auxiliary table, and two clamps ensure precise work and easier handling, similar to larger industrial flow CNC machines from KDT.
Configuration: 1000 mm working width, integrated grooving saw (120 mm diameter, 4 mm thickness), 2 milling units, and 2 drilling units.
The software offers many innovative solutions, providing a user-friendly interface for fast and efficient work.
It is also integrated with a barcode reader for better organization.
Features of the KDT KD-610R Machine:
The CNC machine is very easy to operate using an industrial personal computer with a Windows environment and user-friendly KDT DrillTop software. It allows work with optimization programs using additional cards and also enables label printing. The base of the machine includes a scanner that allows reading additive cards via barcodes.
It is suitable for smaller production spaces, as it is the smallest model with dimensions of 4092×2250 mm.
The machine is equipped with two drilling groups, mounted below and above on 8 horizontal spindles and 19 vertical spindles (10 above and 9 below) for 6-sided drilling. The machine is standardly equipped with a 3.5 kW milling unit for processing profiles, as well as simple straight and curved grooves. The 3.5 kW milling spindle is designed for precise through and blind hole drilling on flat surfaces and edges of furniture.
The smallest workpieces the machine can process are 70×35 mm, and it can handle pieces up to 1000×2800 mm.
Thanks to two automatic clamping systems, there is much less interference during drilling, which significantly increases the speed of a single work cycle compared to machines with one clamp, with a maximum speed of 100 m/min.
All operations are managed by high-precision INVT servomotors, ensuring accuracy and high productivity.
The batch drilling mode allows processing of two parts simultaneously with a mirrored card, and it also works with all popular programs that enable optimization of additive cards and label printing.
Due to a special electric fan that creates an air flow through the holes in the top part of the table, moving parts on the table is very easy, thus preventing any potential scratches on the bottom surface of the workpiece.
It also enables skip milling using movable plates in the drilling area.
The cabinet with electronic components, sealed against dust and moisture, is removed from the processing area, ensuring easy maintenance and significantly extending the lifespan of the electrical components.
