CNC drilling machine 6 - sided KDT KD-610 HZ

The CNC machine is very easy to operate, thanks to an industrial computer with a Windows operating system and user-friendly KDT DrillTop software.

It supports optimization programs with additional cards and allows for label printing. The machine also includes a scanner for reading additive cards via barcodes as standard equipment.

The machine is equipped with two drilling units, one on the top and one on the bottom, featuring 8 horizontal spindles and 21 vertical spindles (12 on top and 9 on the bottom) for six-sided drilling.

Standard equipment includes two milling units, 3.5 kW and 5.5 kW, for profile processing as well as straight and curved grooves. The more powerful upper spindle allows for various operations with different tools.

The smallest workpieces the machine can process are 70×35 mm, while the largest reach 1000×2800 mm.

Thanks to two automatic clamps, less repositioning is required during drilling, significantly increasing the processing speed compared to machines with a single clamp. The maximum speed of this new model is 140 m/min.

High-precision INVT servo motors ensure exceptional accuracy and high productivity.

The batch drilling mode allows for simultaneous processing of two workpieces with a mirror card. The machine also supports all popular software programs, including MegaTISCHLER, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam, and Solidworks. The software is graphically supported, parameter-driven, and easy to use.

The CNC machine is equipped with a pair of independent clamps, which automatically reposition based on hole positions. The 3800 mm clamp guides allow for processing long pieces without repositioning.

Thanks to a special electric fan, which creates an airflow through holes on the upper part of the table, moving workpieces on the surface is easy, preventing scratches on the bottom side of the workpiece.

The CNC KDT KD-610HZ requires no mechanical adjustments, making it very simple to use. Additionally, with automated barcode operation, no prior operator experience is required for direct operation.
