The KD-612 G is designed for processing demanding products such as caravan elements and solid panel products, where it proves to be highly efficient, representing the pinnacle of innovation and technical excellence. Engineered to meet the needs of modern manufacturing, it offers a wide range of machining options, significantly enhancing productivity and flexibility while ensuring precision at every step.
It is also highly suitable for processing delicate materials.
The KD-612 G CNC machine is equipped with two drilling groups, one at the top and one at the bottom, allowing six-sided processing of the workpiece. It features two upper spindles with a C-axis and two lower spindles. The two upper spindles support linear tool changing with 10 positions for the right milling spindle, while the left spindle with a C-axis has two tool positions. With advanced technology, it enables one-pass machining of all additive designs and ensures highly precise drilling of through and blind holes on the edges and surfaces of panels.
Its versatile application allows the machine to perform milling, drilling, and sawing operations on workpieces ranging in size from 70×35 mm to 2800×1200 mm.
With high precision, the machine also delivers high-speed performance of up to 140 m/min. This is achieved through exceptional quality and precision INVT servo drives, which significantly enhance machine productivity.
Thanks to its connectivity with various software programs, the KD-612 G is highly effective for production optimization and automation, making it ideal for manufacturing complex and demanding components.
The automatic tool changer features a 4-axis unit, allowing simultaneous exchange of two angular aggregates on the left side, while the right side has an additional milling aggregate with a tool magazine offering 10 positions.
An integrated intelligent dust and residue removal system automatically eliminates waste and dust, ensuring a clean and efficient working environment.
