The TPA controller and TPA CAD/CAM software from a renowned Italian manufacturer are the result of many years of development and expertise, providing the user with easy operation while being powerful enough for more demanding carpenters.
The machine can process workpieces up to the size of 3250×1500 mm. For precision and reliability during operation, it is equipped with renowned SCHMALZ vacuum grippers and a powerful BECKER vacuum pump with a flow rate of 250 m³/min, and it also features six tubular supports.
Productivity is ensured by the outstanding 5-axis main milling unit HSD with a 13.2 kW motor and HSK F63 tool holder, along with a revolver-type quick tool changer with 16 positions and a linear tool magazine with 5 positions.
The machine console is equipped with a 22-position revolver tool magazine + an additional linear tool magazine with 5 positions.
The powerful Protean drilling unit allows the installation of up to 20 drills and one integrated saw. The waste conveyor for maintaining a clean working environment is included in the standard equipment of the KN-5510 machine.
