Features of the KDT KN-612 KHSA Machine

The roller transport device enables the automatic movement of workpieces into and out of the machine. A QR scanner (Datalogic optical system) is installed at the entrance on the carrier. It automatically scans each piece and activates the specific program for processing the workpiece. This saves a lot of time and energy, significantly increasing productivity.

The machine does not require any additional user activation during processing. Everything is automatic.

The processing capacity is up to 210 workpieces per hour or from 720 to 1680 workpieces per work shift (8 hours).

The upper drilling unit has an integrated groove saw for back-cutting.

The machine is equipped with a pair of independent clamps and automatically detects holes to avoid clamp interference. The clamp guide length is 5500 mm, allowing the processing of long pieces without clamp interference. A double air worktable enables easier movement of workpieces, especially those with sensitive surfaces. Double clamps allow for faster work and more precise clamping. A conveyor belt is used to move waste material out of the machine.

Clamp movement speed is 140 m/min, which is exceptional.

The machine is operated with the user-friendly KDT DrillTop software on a mobile DELL control unit with a Windows environment. The machine can be connected to programs such as MegaTISCHLER, IMOS, Corpus 3D, LestrojBox, Alphacam, and Solidworks.

The KDT DrillTop program is easy to use, graphically supported (CAD), and parametric. Simulation of processing and working statistics are included in the standard package.

The use of the machine is simple as it does not require mechanical settings.

The machine is safe for the user and manufactured according to EU standards. It comes with safety fences and safety photoelectric cells.
