The CMT diamond straight HW router bit is intended to be used on both CNC machines and hand-held router machines.
The CMT straight diamond router bit is an ideal solution for use on CNC machines for making grooves with different diameters in various types of materials, such as soft or hard solid wood, wood composites, laminates and plastics.
The additional lower blade contributes to easier, cleaner entry of the router bit perpendicular to the material.
The width of the diamond blade is 2.5 mm, which allows us to grind the diamond up to 3x.
The maximum feed speed is 4 m/min.
