Top quality diamond nesting router bit with 3 + 3 gear-cutting and 6 spirals. The cutting body of the bit is made of DENSIMET hard metal which allows us to work with lower vibrations, higher feed speeds (up to 25 m/min) and higher rotation speeds (up to 30,000 rpm).

The router bit has 6 spirals and 9 diamond blades.
The cutting body of the diamond router bit is made of DENSIMET hard metal which allows us to work with less vibration.
The width of the diamond blade is H3 mm, which means that the cutter can be ground 3-4 times.
The maximum speed of rotation of the router bit is 30,000 rpm, and the maximum feed speed is 25 m/min.
Diamond nesting router bits are used on all CNC machines, for trimming and making mortises on refined boards such as laminated chipboard, MDF, HDF and veneered and reinforced boards.
