The STARK adjustable 2-piece groove cutter with interchangeable HW blades for making grooves with the height of 4 to 7.5 mm.
The STARK TH23TM cutter has a diameter of 140 mm, an adjustable height ranging from 4 to 7.5 mm and a borehole diameter of 30 or 35 mm. The cutter head is used for manual and machine feeding of workpieces. The adjustable groove cutter is made of steel and it has interchangeable HW blades that rotate and do not need to be sharpened. It is used for making grooves in hard and soft solid wood and wood composites with the height ranging from 4 to 7.5 mm and depth of 32 mm. The cutting height is adjusted with spacer strips with thickness of 0.1 mm.
The cutter is suitable for use on conventional router machines and several spindle machines.
The TH23TM set includes:
⎻ two assembling cutter heads,
⎻ four blades 18 × 18 × 1.95 mm (600001),
⎻ four blades 14 × 14 × 1.2 mm (600202),
⎻ spacers.
