The Edge Banding Machine KDT KE-706 is an exceptionally compact machine with an overall length of 5.8 meters, making it suitable for use in both large and small companies. Its robust construction, made with the latest technologies, ensures excellent productivity and reliability, as it allows for operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while maintaining high-quality standards. The machine uses advanced technologies such as robotic welding, high-quality materials, artificial aging to relieve stress in the construction, and processing with state-of-the-art CNC machines. This provides very stable and precise operation without the need for constant adjustments.

The advanced glue pot enables easy use of EVA and PUR adhesives, along with quick automatic glue changes, reducing the need for machine adjustments and ensuring the use of fresh and high-quality adhesives without hassle. The glue change only takes 2 to 3 minutes. Additionally, the machine offers the option to choose between two radii and servo movements, allowing for material processing accuracy up to 0.01 mm. Settings can be easily saved and reused for faster machine setup, which increases productivity.

For processing sensitive surfaces, there is an available drive belt option that reduces contact with the material and prevents dust accumulation on the workpiece. A dust extraction system with a larger diameter is standard, ensuring a clean working environment. To achieve optimal finishing results, the machine uses the application of separating and cleaning agents, preventing glue adhesion.

The dual round head with two high-frequency motors and pneumatic adjustment enables processing of four different profiles, ensuring precise and aesthetically pleasing corners without the need for manual corrections. Stability during processing is ensured by large copying wheels, while efficient dust removal with industrial scrapers contributes to better results than many competitor machines on the market.
