The woodcarving set S17 is intended for all beginners who want to carve wood marquetry, spoons, bowls and similar products.
The set is similar to the S13 woodcarving set, but the shapes and dimensions of the knives are slightly different.
All tools are honed, polished, and razor-sharp out of the package.
Beginner’s set of three carving knives in a tool roll for better storage and transportation.
The knives are made of high carbon steel and ashwood. The blades come razor sharp right out of the box, ready for use right away.
The ashwood handles are lightly waxed to protect them whilst retaining its natural color and feel.
The set S17 includes:
- Tool Roll from green canvas for easy carrying and storage of knives,
- Leather strop & polishing compound,
- SK1 – Spoon Carving Knife 25 mm (blade length 25 mm),
- C13 – Whittling Knife (blade length 60 mm),
- C15 – Detail Wood Carving Knife (blade length 35 mm).
BeaverCraft chisels are handcrafted both for beginners and professional wood carvers.
