Beam saw KDT KS – 832D/843D
The KS-832D and 843D models surpass most similar machines on the market in terms of features and equipment. They are also accessible to smaller woodworking shops, making them among the most competitive saws on the market.
The new 832D and 843D models come standard with servo motors for the movement of the pre-cutter, enabling precise cuts and grooves in the material.
The KDT KS-832D/843D beam saw is designed with a robust construction that significantly reduces vibrations, enabling fast movements. The key advantage of the machine is the servo-driven saw unit, which allows for maximum acceleration and deceleration, along with quick return of the unit to the starting position. For clean cuts on sensitive materials and smoother sliding of heavier workpieces, the machine features an air table at the cutting area. The ability to move the worktable left and right is an additional feature that eases the user's work.
Precision is ensured with a magnetic strip offering an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Additionally, the machine includes an NC-controlled side pressure unit, which is notably faster than conventional pneumatic pressure units.
In the new 832D and 843D versions, a servo drive is included as standard, enabling easy adjustment of the pre-cut, which facilitates making cuts and grooves.
The automatic adjustment of the saw height based on the workpiece height enhances machine productivity. The optimal height of the saw blade in relation to the workpiece ensures the best cutting quality, while the fast change of the circular saw blade improves the overall efficiency of the machine.
