The double-faced cutter HW router bit for making fillers with special coating for better removal of the cut material and less adhesion to the blade.
Due to the bearing it is very easy to use, although you must pay attention when setting the depth and direction of processing. It is used in hand-held router machines, which are clamped to the router table, as well as in table router machines with the possibility of clamping the shank with a diameter of 12 mm.
The profile router bit is suitable for processing solid wood. For best results, it is recommended to cut in at least three passes.
Safety tip: Due to the large diameter of the router bit, a lower rotation speed (between 10,000 and 12,000 revolutions per minute) is recommended, while the router power should be at least 1.7 KW.
