CMT 900.628.11 is a routing bit for everyone who wants to quickly and easily make grooves and slots from 9.5 to 15.8 mm wide and up to 27 mm deep.
Adjustable HM router bit for making grooves and slots with a special coating for better removal of cut material and less adhesion of the material on the blade.
It is used on plungers and moulders with the possibility of clamping a 12 mm diameter shank.
The profile router bit is suitable for machining solid wood.
Safety note: Due to the large diameter of the router bit, a lower rotation speed (between 10,000 and 12,000 rpm) is recommended, and the power of the router bit should be at least 1.5 kW.
The CMT 900.628.11 router bit consists of:
- 1 x bit shank (924.135.00),
- 6 x slot cutter (822.020.11),
- spacers,
- 1 x nut (990.022.00).
