The bit is designed for anyone who wants to have a larger rabbeting bit with a bearing and always needs it ready.
The main advantage of the rabbeting bit is that it has replaceable knives which makes it unnecessary to grind it. The rabbeting bit is suitable for processing all types of wood, wood composite materials, laminates, plastics and the like.
The straight router bit with replaceable HM knives is protected by a special coating for better removal of the cut material and less adhesion of the material to the blade.
It is intended for use on moulders and routers mounted on workbenches.
The replacement blade for the rabbeting bit is CMT 790.283.12.
