CMT 186 upcut spiral bits are intended for processing all types of aluminum and PVC. They are made of HWM and have 2 positive spirals. The cutting edges are polished (mirror finish), as a result of which the router bits have greater sharpness and a longer service life.
CMT 186 router bits are intended for processing aluminum and PVC materials on CNC machines and with classic routers.
The main advantages of the 186 routing bits compared to other bits for processing aluminum are:
- 2 spirals,
- better processing of the cutting edge and spiral (mirror finish),
- higher speeds,
- possible processing of PVC materials,
- made of HWM (widia).
