Premium Glue Pot
The modern glue exchange pot allows for easy use of EVA and PUR adhesives. It enables automatic glue change with the help of an additional storage chamber for storing, maintaining, and pre-heating the glue pot.

An additional pot (optional) can be pre-heated without using the machine, meaning no precious time is lost when changing glue types. This allows for the use of two different glues in a 2-3 minute interval, which is impressive.

Pre-heating the glue allows for continuous addition of a minimal amount of glue into the main pot, ensuring the freshest glue throughout usage and resulting in better quality joints.

Pneumatic Feed for Aggregates
With pneumatic and manual adjustment, the machine achieves a more polished look with different thicknesses of thin strips. Numeric indicators enable easy and reliable machine settings.

Drive Belt Instead of Rollers (Optional)
Most industrial edge banding machines offer an optional upper belt for moving workpieces through the machine. When the belt grips the workpiece, it reduces contact exposure and the chance for dust to stick to the surface of the workpiece. This is highly recommended for use on very sensitive surfaces.

Efficient Dust Extraction

2 Different Liquid Application Units
For perfect final results, KDT edge banding machines are equipped with an application for separating and cleaning agents.

The separating agent prevents excess glue from sticking to the upper and lower surfaces, while the cleaning agent helps the brushes and scrapers work more efficiently.

Dual Rounder for Perfectly Processed Corners
The rounder is equipped with two high-frequency motors and pneumatic position adjustment with two positions. It allows processing of four different corner profiles, both flat and rounded (softforming).

This rounder allows for optically perfect corners without manual correction.
